Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing my services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Guides, Masterclasses etc.)

All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content, all sales are final once payment is completed.

2. 1:1 Sessions, Consultations and Coaching Services

Payment is required at the time of booking. Once payment is made:

a. No Refunds for Change of Mind

1:1 sessions are non-refundable. Please ensure you are ready to book before completing your purchase.

b. Booking Your Session

After payment, you are automatically redirected to a confirmation page where you can schedule your session. It is the client’s responsibility to book a suitable time.

c. Failure to Book a Session

If you do not book a session after payment, this does not qualify you for a refund.
The service is considered available from the moment the booking link is provided.

d. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session up to 4 hours before your appointment time.
Missed sessions, no shows are not refundable.

3. Group Classes, Workshops, and Live Trainings

Tickets for group sessions are non-refundable, but you may request access to the replay (if available).

4. Double Payments or Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will issue a refund for the extra charge.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at admin@solaceojotule.com so we can resolve it quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Being ineligible for future bookings
  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor to dispute the claim
  • Additional processing fees
