1. Join Us:
Start by making a small membership payment and completing a quick registration form. Based on your gender, you will receive a link to join either our male or female WhatsApp group.

2. Create Your Profile:
After joining, you’ll submit your profile details and match preferences. This profile should be detailed; it will speak to everything about you and what you want in a potential partner. 

• For men, your profile will be shared in the women’s WhatsApp group.

• For women, your profile will be shared in the men’s group.

• Your personal details, like name and photos, will be anonymised.

Interested members will message the admin privately to indicate interest in the profile. To keep things coordinated, only admins can post in the group. If we are unable to find a suitable match through the group, we will request your permission to share your profile more widely online.

3. Get Matched:
We’ll filter the interest your profile receives and select the best profiles that align with your preferences and send it to you. 

4. Choose Your Match:
If you indicate interest in the profile, we will invite you and your potential match to a  video call on Google Meet. This will be your chance to ask any further questions and match a profile to a face. If you and someone decide to proceed, you’ll be matched officially and removed from the group. We’ll follow up a month after to see how the connection is going.

Important Rules for Solace Link Members

To keep our service intentional and respectful of everyone’s time, we ask that members please take note of the following rules:

1. No-Shows for Scheduled Calls:
If you agree to a video meeting with a potential match and fail to show up without notice, your subscription will be terminated immediately. You will need to pay again to rejoin the platform.

2. Match Selection Limit:
You are given three opportunities to meet potential matches via video call. If you reject all three matches after the video calls, your subscription will end. To continue receiving new matches, you will need to renew your subscription.

3. Completed Matches:
Once you are successfully matched with someone (i.e., you both agree to move forward after a video call), your subscription is considered fulfilled. If you wish to return to the platform at a later time, a new subscription fee will apply.

FAQ

1. For how long is my subscription valid?
Your subscription is valid for one month. During this time, we work to match you with someone based on your preferences. Once you’re matched and both parties agree to proceed, your subscription ends. We follow up one month later to check in on your journey.

2. What if I don’t get a match during the one month?
If we don’t send you any profiles within that time, your subscription will be extended until we do. However, if we send you up to 3 profiles and you decline, and the month ends, you will need to renew your subscription to continue.

3. What happens if I miss a video call I scheduled?
Missing a scheduled video call without notice wastes valuable time. If this happens, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will need to pay again to rejoin.

4. What if I don’t like any of my matches?
You have the opportunity to meet up to three potential matches via video call. If you reject all three, your subscription ends. Further matches will require a new subscription.
